We often look for the cause of anxiety instead of asking, "what is my anxiety trying to tell me?" Together, we'll explore the thoughts driving anxiety and how your nervous system responds to stress, uncertainty, and relationships. I'll gently challenge you, help you identify what's getting in your way, and provide tools you can actually use.
