Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida who believes that therapy is a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported, without judgment.

Life can bring difficult situations, unexpected changes, and challenges that can sometimes feel overwhelming to navigate on your own. I genuinely enjoy working with people as they move through these experiences and find their way toward greater clarity, confidence, and balance.

As your therapist, I want to be more than someone who listens. I want to be a driving force for positive change in your life, helping you recognize your strengths, work through obstacles, and create a path forward that feels meaningful to you.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Wherever you are in your journey, we can start there.

My approach to therapy

My approach is open-minded, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change is possible. I also believe therapy doesn’t always have to feel heavy, there’s room for humor, honesty, and even a little laughter along the way.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin creating a comfortable, trusting space for you to be yourself.

We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’re currently experiencing, and what you hope to get out of our work together. I’ll ask questions to better understand your history, relationships, strengths, and the challenges you’re facing, but there’s no pressure to share anything before you’re ready.

We’ll also talk about what you would like to change or work toward and begin identifying goals that feel meaningful and realistic for you. I want you to feel heard and understood—not judged or rushed.

Most importantly, our first session is about starting a partnership. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we’ll work together to find an approach that fits your needs, personality, and goals. My hope is that you leave your first session feeling that you’ve taken an important first step and that you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone.
