Great to meet you!

Hi there! I’m Gabrielle, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker focused in, but not exclusively in, the LGBTQ+ community. I specialize in helping people navigate the ups and downs of life with a holistic, supportive approach. My goal is to make therapy feel less like a clinical appointment and more like a collaborative space where you can truly be yourself. We’ll work together to build practical tools that help you feel more grounded and resilient every day.

My approach to therapy

My approach is very client-centered. I like to ask what you need and how I can best get you to that goal. I can offer a challenge, validation, encouragement, and a safe space to express and explore who you are, while also incorporating structure when needed.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, the main goal is for us to get comfortable and see if we’re a good match. You can expect a relaxed, non-judgmental environment where you’re free to share your story at your own pace. We’ll chat about what’s bringing you in and start identifying the small, manageable goals that feel most important to you right now. My priority is making sure you leave feeling heard, respected, and hopeful about your personal journey.
