Great to meet you!

I graduated from WVU in 2019. For the past 5 years I have worked at a non-profit that serves victims of sexual assault, DV, and other violent crimes. It is my belief that we all have the internal resources to heal and grow, and I would like to help you uncover that strength within yourself. Since 2019, I have worked extensively with individuals to help resolve a variety of symptoms and life problems.

My approach to therapy

I have a client centered approach to treatment. I meet you where you are and navigate treatment based on your unique strengths, abilities and needs.

I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy which is used to reprocess traumatic experiences. I also utilize other evidence-based practices such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness. If I sound like a fit for you, Please contact me to schedule.

What you can expect from me

As a dedicated mental health therapist specializing in trauma and grief, I offer compassionate care tailored to your unique journey. Using evidence-based approached like EMDR, we'll work together to process unresolved trauma, navigate the complexities of grief, reclaim your sense of peace and purpose, build self-confidence, and develop coping skills.

In a session with me, you will feel significant, heard and seen. You aren't on this journey alone.
