Great to meet you!

As an opera singer turned LCSW, I bring a creative and unique perspective to the therapeutic process. I attended school at Northwestern University for a voice degree and received my Master's of Social Work at Adelphi University. During my Master's program, I was able to work with a variety of people in many different settings, such as a middle/high school system and an outpatient substance use facility.

My approach to therapy

I like to help individuals destigmatize mental health while helping people grow their confidence. Together, we will create a safe environment for you to express your experiences and discover your resilience and strength.

What you can expect from me

We will start together by going through a brief history of you. We will then use this information to guide us to set goals and inform our work going forward. We will work together to help you become the best version of you and increase your general comfortability.
