Great to meet you!
My name is Gabrielle Lubin, I am a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I graduated from Florida International University with a Master’s Degree in Social Work with the goal of helping and supporting children and families. I’m a therapist who truly values creating a space where children, teens, and families feel safe, understood, and supported. With over five years of experience, I’ve worked closely with young people navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral challenges, self-identity, grief, and other life stressors. I also partner with parents, offering guidance, practical tools, and approaches like parent-child interaction strategies to help strengthen relationships and support growth at home. I enjoy using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical BehaviorTherapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Exposure Therapy, Creative and Expressive Art Therapies, and many others. My style is warm, open-minded, and engaging. I strongly believe that therapy shouldn’t feel intimidating and uninviting, It should be interactive, creative, and even fun. I take a hands-on approach, meeting each client where they are and tailoring sessions to fit their unique needs and personality. Above all, my goal is to help the children and families I work with build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and create more fulfilling, balanced, and enjoyable lives.
