Great to meet you!

If you’re looking for a therapist who will validate your feelings and gently (or not so gently) challenge your patterns, we might be a great fit. I bring warmth, honesty, humor, and accountability into the therapy room. I show up as a real human who will laugh with you, sit in the hard stuff, and call things out when they need to be called out.

My approach to therapy

Clinically, I focus on understanding patterns and how your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and protective strategies have been working together, even when they’re no longer helping. We’ll start identifying goals that feel realistic and meaningful, such as improved emotional regulation, clearer boundaries, healthier relationships, or simply feeling less overwhelmed in your own head. No deep dives before you’re ready, no forced vulnerability, and no homework you didn’t agree to.

What you can expect from me

Your first session with me is just as much of you getting to know me as I am getting to know you! We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’ve already tried, and what you’re hoping will be different, without pressure to have the “perfect” answer. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, grounded, and human (not sterile or awkward). You can expect warmth, curiosity, and thoughtful questions, along with a few gentle reality checks when needed.
