Together, we’ll build confidence, develop coping strategies for daily challenges, and enhance your skills for creating healthier connections and meeting your long-term goals. I offer CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), DBT (dialectical behavior therapy), and CPT (cognitive processing therapy for trauma) to enable greater progress.
In the first session, I want to hear about how you've overcome the challenges in your life so far. We will talk about what you feel is holding you back from the version of yourself that you would like to achieve and we will start developing some goals to work towards. I will give you practical skills or strategies that you can start using right away.
