Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist providing virtual sessions to Colorado residents. I work with pre-teens, teens, and adults, helping with:

  • Life transitions and everyday challenges
  • Processing and healing from trauma
  • Managing anxiety and depression
  • Addressing OCD
  • Navigating and understanding ADHD

I am so glad you are here. I look forward to supporting you!

My approach to therapy

One of my top priorities as a therapist is creating a genuine sense of safety for everyone who joins a session with me. When we feel safe, we can explore even the most challenging parts of our lives. My goal is to offer the warmth and care that allows for growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you will have an opportunity to share about your story, your strengths, and what’s currently feeling challenging. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your goals and what support would feel most helpful.

You can expect a calm, supportive environment where your experiences are taken seriously and approached with curiosity and care. By the end of our first meeting, we’ll typically outline initial goals and discuss a plan for moving forward in a way that feels realistic and aligned with your values.
