Great to meet you!

Hi, I am a Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Nurse Midwife. My mission is to provide accessible, judgment-free care that supports women in every stage of life—addressing both mental health and overall health with the understanding that the two are deeply connected. Through online services, I create a safe, supportive space where you can be heard, understood, and empowered to take the next step toward healing. Whether navigating anxiety, depression, reproductive health, postpartum challenges, or the many transitions that shape a persons journey.

I approach care with empathy, respect, and evidence-based practices tailored to your needs.

My approach to therapy

I take a compassionate, collaborative approach to care and believe that mental health treatment works best when patients feel heard, understood, and actively involved in their care. My style is supportive, practical, and grounded in evidence-based psychiatry.

I specialize in working with women experiencing mood and anxiety disorders, including depression, anxiety, PMDD, and hormonal mood changes related to perimenopause and life transitions. I understand that biological, hormonal, and life stressors can all influence emotional wellbeing, and I take these factors into account when developing treatment plans.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where we can explore symptoms, identify contributing factors, and build a treatment plan that supports long-term wellbeing. When appropriate, I incorporate medication management, lifestyle strategies, and coordination with therapists to provide comprehensive care.
