Great to meet you!

Hello, I am Gabrielle, a licensed professional counselor with five years of experience working with individuals and families, serving clients from young adults to older adults. I have provided care in both individual and group therapy settings, including psychoeducational and processing groups. I specialize in supporting clients through life transitions, stress, and relationship challenges while helping them build healthy coping skills and emotional resilience.

I also work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, low self-esteem, adjustment challenges, postpartum and emotional regulation difficulties. Additionally, I have experience supporting clients navigating major life changes, burnout, and reentry/adjustment after significant life events.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and strengths-based. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences at their own pace. I take a person-centered approach, meeting clients where they are and working together to identify meaningful, realistic goals.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness techniques to help clients build insight, develop practical coping skills, and create lasting change. My focus is on helping clients recognize patterns, strengthen their existing abilities, and gain confidence in navigating life’s challenges.

I tailor my approach to each individual, understanding that no two clients are the same. Whether you are working through stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, or emotional challenges, I aim to provide tools and support that empower you to move forward with clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive space where you can show up just as you are. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and respected from the very beginning. We’ll take time to get to know each other, talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, and explore what you’ve been experiencing—at a pace that feels right for you.

You don’t have to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. I’ll gently guide the conversation with questions while also giving you the space to share what feels most important. Together, we’ll begin to identify your strengths and talk about what you’d like to gain from therapy.

By the end of the session, my hope is that you feel supported, a little more at ease, and confident that you have a space where you can be open and begin your journey toward growth and healing.
