Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Gabrielle, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a master’s degree in social work. I support adults through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, loss, life transitions, and interpersonal relationship challenges. My practice is warm, non-judgmental, thoughtful, genuine, and actively engaged. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and it would be an honor to walk alongside you as you deepen your self-awareness, navigate life’s ups and downs, and build healthier relationships with yourself and others.

My approach to therapy

I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs, strengths, and circumstances. My approach draws from cognitive-behavioral therapy, client-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, strengths-based therapy, and mindfulness techniques. In practice, this means we may explore thought patterns that keep you stuck, clarify your values, strengthen motivation for change, practice present-moment awareness, and build on the strengths you already have. I am collaborative and engaged—I’ll ask thoughtful questions, offer reflections, and gently challenge you when it helps—while always respecting your pace and autonomy. My focus is helping you use your inner strengths to overcome challenges, make decisions aligned with your values, and create healthier relationships with yourself and others.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about connection, safety, and orientation. We’ll spend time getting to know each other, and I’ll ask what brought you to therapy, what you’re struggling with, and what you hope will be different. I may also ask about your background, daily life, and what feels important to you, but you never have to share more than you’re ready to. I’ll explain how I work, answer your questions, and together we’ll begin setting initial goals. You can expect a calm, non-judgmental, genuine environment where you feel heard and respected. By the end of the session, my hope is that you feel clearer, more hopeful, and confident that we can build a path forward together.
