Great to meet you!

I provide a warm, supportive, and affirming space where clients can explore anxiety, LGBTQ+ concerns, family conflict, identity exploration, and life transitions at a pace that feels comfortable and manageable.

Many of the clients I support feel emotionally overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsure how to move forward in relationships, family dynamics, or personal growth. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning after a difficult experience, my goal is to help you feel safe, heard, and empowered while building greater confidence, insight, and emotional balance.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, affirming, and tailored to each person’s individual needs and experiences. I integrate insight-oriented work with practical, solution-focused support to help clients better understand emotional patterns, improve coping skills, strengthen relationships, and navigate difficult emotions with greater clarity and confidence.

Together, we’ll work toward meaningful change while creating a space where you feel respected, supported, and able to show up fully as yourself.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a supportive space where we begin getting to know each other and exploring what challenges feel most important right now. We’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you, what goals you hope to work toward, and what support would feel most helpful moving forward.

My goal is for you to leave feeling comfortable, heard, and hopeful about the process ahead.
