Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m Gabrielle Rogers, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 15+ years of experience in trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I hold a Master’s in Social Work. Using evidence-based approaches like CBT and trauma-focused therapy, I create a safe, supportive space tailored to your needs. My work spans therapy, program leadership, and training, and I’m passionate about helping you achieve healing and meaningful growth.

My approach to therapy

My expertise includes working with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-focused interventions, and solution-focused brief therapy to meet each client’s unique needs. In addition, I am trained in Youth Mental Health First Aid and motivational interviewing, which helps me address the needs of both young clients and adults effectively.

What you can expect from me

In sessions with me, you can expect a supportive, non-judgmental environment focused on your growth and healing. Together, we’ll build tools to manage emotions, improve communication, and foster resilience. My goal is to help you feel empowered, heard, and equipped with practical skills to navigate life’s challenges. Through a collaborative and culturally sensitive approach, I create a safe space for you to explore, heal, and achieve your goals.
