Great to meet you!

I have been working in the mental health field since 2018, serving as a therapist, clinical supervisor, and director of clinical programming. My experience includes working directly with clients while also mentoring other clinicians and developing evidence-based treatment programs. I have advanced training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma-focused modalities, and I frequently integrate mindfulness-based interventions into my work. My approach is compassionate, practical, and collaborative, helping clients build insight, strengthen emotional regulation, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, while also creating space for thoughtful challenge and growth. I believe meaningful change happens when we feel both supported and gently stretched. I help clients understand how emotions and past experiences are held in the body, and we practice sitting with feelings rather than avoiding them. My work balances the truths of acceptance and change — honoring where you are while building the skills and insight needed to move forward.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my focus is simply getting to know you. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’ve been carrying, and what you hope might feel different in your life. We’ll begin exploring your goals at a pace that feels comfortable, and I’ll answer any questions you have about the process. Most importantly, the first session is also about making sure we feel like a good fit to work together.
