I am born and raised in Las Vegas, NV. I graduated with my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California. I have experience in various fields of mental health such as intensive case management, adult drug court, inpatient treatment, and RMH services.
I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults (14+) currently. My main focus area is self-harming/SI, mood disorders, bipolar, anxiety and self-esteem issues.
I use an eclectic approach drawing from various evidenced based practices such as CBT, SFBT, person centered, etc. I am an out of the box thinker and will use your strengths and interests to create a more tailored and personalized approach to your treatment.
My clients will have a different perspective of what therapy can be like, not something too clinical. My clients can expect to feel empowered and open, as I strive to provide compassionate and personalized care with each session. Therapy isn’t supposed to feel like a chore, but something my clients can look forward to each week.
