Great to meet you!

You don’t have to face your past alone. With compassion and evidence-based care, I help women move from survival to thriving—learning to trust themselves again, love themselves deeply, and build a life that feels safe and whole. You don’t have to keep carrying it all. You deserve to be seen, supported, and to heal at your own pace. In our work together, you’ll find a safe and nonjudgmental space where your story matters—and where you can begin to trust the calm, confident, and whole version of yourself that’s been there all along.

Supporting Women in Healing from Trauma A Safe Space to Reconnect with Strength and Self-Compassion

Many women come to therapy carrying invisible scars—memories of painful relationships, loss, abuse, or emotional neglect. These experiences can leave deep imprints, shaping how you see yourself and the world around you. My work focuses on helping women reclaim their voice, rebuild inner trust, and restore a sense of safety in their bodies and relationships. Healing trauma isn’t about “getting over it.” It’s about learning to understand, soothe, and integrate the parts of you that have carried too much for too long.

Family-Based Care Experience

I’m a licensed counselor in Georgia, with experience working with kids, adolescents, teens, young adults, and adults. My approach is eclectic, blending person-centered counseling, intuition, attachment-based therapy, emotion-focused therapy, Adlerian psychology, and expressive art therapies. This diverse toolkit allows me to adapt to your specific needs, helping you tackle issues like stress, anxiety, family conflicts, trauma, and parenting challenges.

My approach to therapy

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am committed to treating each client with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, ensuring that every treatment plan and conversation is personalized to meet your unique needs. My goal is to help you navigate the complexities of your emotions and relationships, empowering you to make meaningful changes and pursue a more fulfilling and happier life.

If you are someone who values a supportive and empathetic therapeutic relationship and is ready to engage in deep personal exploration and growth, you may find my approach especially beneficial. I am here to support and empower you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery, helping you to overcome challenges and achieve your personal goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In your first session with me, you can expect a warm, welcoming environment where your unique story is heard and valued. As a licensed counselor in Georgia with a diverse background in person-centered counseling, intuition, attachment-based therapy, emotion-focused therapy, Adlerian psychology, and expressive arts, I aim to create a space that feels safe and supportive for adolescents, teens, young adults, and adults. We'll start by discussing what brought you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. This conversation helps lay the groundwork for our work together. You'll have the opportunity to share your experiences, thoughts, and feelings at your own pace, and I'll listen attentively to understand your perspective and needs.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I draw from several evidence-based and expressive approaches to meet each woman exactly where she is in her healing journey. Every session is guided by compassion, collaboration, and respect for your pace and readiness.
