Great to meet you!

My goal is to help clients uncover their true potential and lead lives worth celebrating. I earned my undergraduate degree in psychology at Elon University and my master's degree in clinical social work at New York University. Additional clinical and training experiences include Mount Sinai Medical Center, Metro Behavioral Health Eating Disorder Centers, and Ackerman Institute for the Family.

My approach to therapy

My counseling style is humorous, compassionate, and transparent. I listen with empathy but I am also going to maintain accountability. I'm on your side, which means offering the support for you to be your best self.

If you are looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or just feel ready to move your life in a new direction, I am here to listen and help you identify and achieve your personal, professional, and academic goals.

What you can expect from me

We will collaborate to help you better understand and resolve challenges in your life so that you can achieve a sense of confidence and stability, even in the face of chaos. Together, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that are holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling, meaningful, and successful life. I will help you cope with and comfort distress and promote your sense of self-awareness, strength, and confidence.
