Great to meet you!

You’re used to holding everything together at work, in your relationships, and for everyone else, but it feels overwhelming on the inside. You may lie awake overthinking, feel on edge throughout the day, or be mentally drained, no matter how much you try to keep up.

I work with high-functioning adults and career professionals who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck, even though they seem to have it all together. If you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or a life transition, you don’t have to do it alone.

My approach to therapy

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 10+ years of experience helping adults manage anxiety, burnout, and emotional overwhelm. I also support individuals from BIPOC and marginalized communities with culturally informed care.I use ACT, CBT, and DBT to help you understand your patterns, regulate your emotions, and build practical tools for your daily life.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions feeling clearer, more grounded, and more in control. Therapy with me is a space where you can be real, feel supported, and start making meaningful changes.

When you’re ready, I’m here to help.
