Great to meet you!

I am a first-generation, Asian American, queer mental health therapist providing therapy for adults and young adults. I specialize in depression, anxiety, self-worth, family and relationship concerns, identity exploration, life transitions, grief and loss, trauma, and stress. I offer culturally responsive and affirming care for diverse clients.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is strengths-based and culturally responsive. I take a solution-focused approach while staying mindful of the systemic barriers that impact your life.

You may be a queer person struggling with belonging, identity, or feeling disconnected from others. You may also be a high-achieving individual experiencing burnout, stress, and emotional exhaustion. Many of my clients come to therapy often feeling like they’re just trying to keep their head above water. In a time when loneliness is so easy to feel, I believe seeking therapy is a meaningful act of strength, especially when vulnerability can feel frightening. I believe showing up for people matters deeply, and it is a privilege to show up for you as you navigate life's many challenges and changes.

What you can expect from me

In therapy, I offer a warm, collaborative space where you don’t have to put on a mask. Awkwardness, humor, honesty, and being human are all welcome here. Together, we work toward a life that is more aligned with your values, with greater comfort, joy, and fulfillment.
