Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who is passionate about taking on the journey with people to assist them with identifying the interconnections of different parts of their lives. I have worked as a case manager as well as a mental health specialist, which allowed me to interact with individuals of eclectic backgrounds.

My approach to therapy

Everyone is different & no specific modality can fit everyone. I work from a collaborative, strength-based approach, using modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness therapy, positive psychology, & reality therapy. I encourage people to pursue a holistic approach to health, incorporating exercise, sleep, nutrition, relationships, spiritual practices, & hobbies.

What you can expect from me

I try my best to meet the person where they are by providing a safe space for them to be as expressive as they want. If you think we might be a good fit to work together, I encourage you to reach out today!
