Great to meet you!
For more than 30 years, I have supported adolescents who are struggling to feel understood, connected, and successful in traditional school settings. As a former director of therapeutic school programs in the Berkshires, I worked closely with young people navigating anger, ADHD, and other challenges that can make it difficult to thrive in public schools. I also served as an on-call clinician, supporting adolescents and families through moments of crisis. I became a therapist after working at a children’s center and recognizing how often young people’s needs were overlooked or misunderstood. That experience inspired me to build a more compassionate and practical toolkit for children and adolescents who may have felt pushed aside by schools or other systems.
