Great to meet you!

I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience working in a wide range of clinical environments, from correctional healthcare to top-tier medical centers. Caring for people from such diverse backgrounds has shaped my belief that mental health treatment should feel human, accessible, and free of judgment. My approach is warm, conversational, and rooted in authentic curiosity about your story and what brought you here.

Outside of work, I live in New Jersey with my husband and our two 65-pound “lap dogs,” George and Bruno. When I’m not seeing patients, I’m usually reading, cooking, or planning a trip somewhere warm and tropical.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing and to turn what feels confusing or overwhelming into something clearer and more manageable. I take your concerns seriously, but I also believe that good care shouldn't feel intimidating or overly clinical. Our work will feel like a collaborative conversation where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported.

In addition to my psychiatric training, I am also board certified in adult medicine, which gives me a broader understanding of how physical and mental health intersect. I strive to create a safe, respectful space for people working through anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, or substance use concerns — always without stigma.
