Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Gail, and I have worked with children, individuals and families for almost two decades. I love working with all populations, but I especially love helping people who are struggling with inner woundedness left over from childhood trauma. I love the healing process, and I appreciate supporting clients as they heal their childhood wounds and show up authentically and powerfully in their lives. I especially enjoy working with young people and with women.

My approach to therapy

About me: I am a highly sensitive person; intuitive, empathetic, gentle in my approach, but I also like to meet my clients where they are at and assist them in understanding themselves and to stay focused upon what they really want. I use cognitive behavioral techniques, but I also have a background in emotionally focused therapy and a knowledge of the Enneagram and Conscious Parenting that I bring into my work.

What you can expect from me

I am a "human potentialist." I believe in my clients. I strive to do more than just listen. I strive to really hear my clients, to see them and to understand them; and together, we can find solutions that work for them. I strive to provide a safe and judgment free zone that will allow us to drop our guards, become more real with one another and do quality inner work together.
