A bit about my approach to therapy

Gail has a background in the Visual and Performing Arts, and Education, and was an art teacher. Her passion for creativity and helping others led Gail to study Expressive Arts therapy and utilize the arts Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness and positive psychology.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to feel heard and seen; as well as competent in understanding themselves and how their thought processes affect their emotions and behaviors. Clients will also experience a sense of empowerment with self-realization and be able to make healthier life choices.
