Great to meet you!

I have been practicing as a mental health counselor since 2005. My counseling style is integrative--meaning I may use more than one modality with each client. I am dedicated to helping people who feel they suffer from depression, anxiety, trauma & abuse, loss & abandonment & grief. Also faith issues as it relations to Christianity. Some modalities I may use with my clients are: Cognitive Behavioral; Solution Focused; Mindfulness-Based; Acceptance & Commitment.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe the first step to developing a healthy therapeutic relationship is to create a safe and positive environment by joining in with each client assuring they will be heard, accepted and treated with respect.

What you can expect from our first session

My desire is to help empower others to discover and reframe strategies and perspectives that will help them navigate through life's challenges while also promoting positive, purposeful & effective change.
