Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a marriage family therapist licensed in both Texas and California. I hold degrees in counseling psychology from both CSUEB (M.S.) and Ole Miss (Ed.S), with specialized training in child/adolecent therapy (we are all kids at heart). I am an open-minded, relational therapist, happy to work with all ages, faiths, and identities.

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy works best when the connection between the client and therapist is genuine & strong. I have a client-centered relational approach and believe my role is to act as your guide as you move forward in to your best life. No matter the age, from elementary school to senior living, I can help uncover your resiliency, relational fulfillment, contentment, and community connectedness.

What you can expect from me

The most important aspect of our first session is getting to know each other. You will have the opportunity to share your story and ask any questions about my approach and experience. Of course we will review all the practice details such as confidentiality, scheduling, and fee agreements. Mostly though we will establish if I am a good fit to help you create your best life.
