I'm excited about meeting you!

I am a Christian Clinician in practice for the last 16 years. I have certificates in grief, trauma and diabetes. I have also worked with people with CKD and other chronic illnesses. I am trustworthy and I believe everyone deserves an individualized approach to care. I believe that laughter is the best medicine. Let me help you learn to let go of the tension in your life that leads to sickness.

It’s important to me that you feel safe and valued. Good communication, honesty and openness go along way. I will accompany you through your journey so that you don't feel alone.

What you can expect from me

A Mental Health Crisis looks different from person to person. But they are very common. Are you experiencing intense emotions and physical stress? Not sure what to say or do? I will approach this conversation with you gently and support you in recognizing signs of distress so you know what you con do to find your happy place.
