Great to meet you!

I am committed to providing a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where clients can speak openly and honestly. I value trust, confidentiality, empathy, and collaboration, and I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel heard, supported, and actively involved in their own growth. My role is to listen, guide, and support clients in developing insight and coping skills while honoring their individual experiences, personal goals, and unique pace of progress.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients by creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where they feel comfortable sharing their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I listen with care, help clients recognize patterns and challenges that may be affecting their well-being, and work collaboratively with them to build healthy coping strategies and meaningful personal goals. My approach is centered on trust, self-awareness, and growth, and I strive to support clients as they learn to manage stress, strengthen relationships, and create positive change in their lives.

What you can expect from me

I strive to make the first session a warm, welcoming, and supportive conversation focused on getting to know each client and understanding their concerns, background, and goals for therapy. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can share at a pace that feels comfortable for them while I ask thoughtful questions to better understand their experiences, emotions, and current challenges. I also discuss confidentiality, therapy goals, and what the therapeutic process may look like moving forward so clients feel informed, supported, and at ease from the very beginning.
