Great to meet you!

For some, it can be difficult making the choice to start therapy. Many conflicting feelings can arise during this process. I've been in private practice for over 10years and understand the various emotions you could be dealing with. In addition, I work with a team of therapist who are very skilled and experienced to helping all of our clients within the therapy journey. Please note you can be schedule with one of our clinicians. My approach to therapy

We assist clients in finding real life solutions to the many obstacles encountered with personal growth, intimate relationships much more. Each person has an individual treatment approach. Some of the tools used by our clinicians to help understand what would be suitable for your therapeutic needs are with the use of select modalities like; Solution-Focused, Narrative, Bowen, EMDR and CBT models. These models are used to help each client work towards gaining confidence, trust and peace of mind.

What you can expect from me

When we work together it is a celebrative approach to therapy. Creating a healthy environment for you to learn & grow is important in this process. Having a clear understanding of what we are doing in therapy is important as we work towards the desired outcome identified early in treatment. We truly love the work I do and look forward to the opportunity to work with you.

Only by restoring the broken connections can we be healed. Connection is health. -Wendell Berry
