Great to meet you!

Note If I'm full you may be booked with another licensed clinician in the office. Call for more details.

I want all my clients and future clients to know that I enjoy what I do as a therapist and business owner. I'm happy that I have a great team who enjoy what they do as well and are looking forward to working with you during this therapeutic journey.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is client focused. I like to understand what each person would like to work on as therapy is not cookie-cutter. This is not a one fit all approach. In my abilities to listen and understand all who make the choice to better themselves in this process I will to do the same clinically with trainings and new techniques to better assist each one of our clients. In my sessions and the appointments with our therapist we want you to take away a better understanding of a situation

What you can expect from our first session

and tools to better assist you in the journey of healing. We want you to know this is not a miracle type of experience. Consistent work by each individual is needed while you are in therapy. The work you do is not only in your session. The work is also seen in each day in between.

Please note if I have a waitlist my staff will be happy to add you to the list or we can schedule you with one of my amazing clinicians.
