Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 4 years of experience supporting individuals through life transitions, everyday stress, trauma, family issues, depression, anxiety, and other emotional challenges.

My approach to therapy

My style is collaborative, compassionate, and goal-oriented. While I can’t fix things for you, I can walk alongside you as you gain a deeper understanding of your experiences, build practical coping tools, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is my primary modality, complemented by Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-processing techniques.

What you can expect from me

I tailor our work to your individual needs, whether you’re seeking support with self-awareness, behavior change, healing from past experiences, or feeling more grounded in your daily life.

Therapy can sometimes feel challenging, but I aim to make the process supportive and grounded, moving at a pace that feels safe while still encouraging progress.
