I have worked broad diversity of population such as LGBTQ+,Adults, Youth and Young adults, struggling with a variety of mental health difficulties such as Anxiety, Depression, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, Self-Esteem, family conflicts, stress and substance abuse disorders.
My approach to therapy is to utilize evidence based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and solution focus tailoring to each individuals needs. I believe in meeting individuals where they are at by being genuine, compassionate, empathic and providing a non judgmental space.
