Great to meet you!
I’m Ganna Skrypnyk, LMFT, a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist dedicated to helping adults heal from painful experiences, break unhealthy patterns, and create a more meaningful and fulfilling life. I provide a warm, compassionate, and direct approach that combines evidence-based therapies with a deep understanding of how trauma shapes the way we see ourselves, relationships, and the world around us.
I specialize in working with individuals experiencing complex trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, attachment wounds, OCD tendencies, depression, life transitions, and dual-diagnosis concerns. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside while carrying deep emotional pain, self-doubt, or experiences they have never fully processed. I help clients explore the root of their struggles, develop healthier coping strategies, rebuild self-worth, and create lasting change.
With experience in community mental health, crisis intervention, and multidisciplinary treatment teams, I have worked with individuals facing significant emotional and life challenges. My approach integrates trauma-focused therapy, EMDR, CBT, ACT, DBT, and motivational interviewing to support each client’s unique healing journey.
Therapy is a place where you can slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and connection.
