Great to meet you!

I’m Ganna Skrypnyk, LMFT, a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist dedicated to helping adults heal from painful experiences, break unhealthy patterns, and create a more meaningful and fulfilling life. I provide a warm, compassionate, and direct approach that combines evidence-based therapies with a deep understanding of how trauma shapes the way we see ourselves, relationships, and the world around us.

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing complex trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, attachment wounds, OCD tendencies, depression, life transitions, and dual-diagnosis concerns. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside while carrying deep emotional pain, self-doubt, or experiences they have never fully processed. I help clients explore the root of their struggles, develop healthier coping strategies, rebuild self-worth, and create lasting change.

With experience in community mental health, crisis intervention, and multidisciplinary treatment teams, I have worked with individuals facing significant emotional and life challenges. My approach integrates trauma-focused therapy, EMDR, CBT, ACT, DBT, and motivational interviewing to support each client’s unique healing journey.

Therapy is a place where you can slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and connection.

My approach to therapy

In our sessions, you can expect a safe space where you’re met with compassion, honesty, and real tools you can start using right away. Whether you’re working through anxiety, rebuilding self-trust, healing from past relationships, or wanting to live more intentionally, I’m here to guide you step-by-step.

What you can expect from me

In therapy, I believe meaningful healing happens when we create a space where you feel truly seen, understood, and supported. Together, we will explore the experiences that shaped you, identify patterns that no longer serve you, and develop the skills needed to move forward with greater confidence and emotional freedom. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, strengthen your relationships, and create lasting change at a pace that feels safe and empowering.
