I enjoy working with men's issues and empowering them, as well as treating anxiety, depression, and phase of life issues.

My approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and evidence-based techniques tailored to each client's unique needs. I value my clients and seek to create a judgement free space. I specialize in men's issues, christ centered counseling, trauma, relationship issues, anxiety, and depression, to name a few.
