Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical psychologist and have delivered therapeutic services in a variety of hospital and college settings. My expertise is with adults and the treatment of PTSD (and other stress disorders), anxiety, depression, insomnia, and behavioral addictions (excessive gaming, shopping, gambling, binge eating). Currently I am offering individual psychotherapy services via telehealth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, goal-driven, and values-oriented. I want to make sure my clients and I are working together, in the same direction, and that that direction is that is personally relevant. This often necessitates direct conversations about the nature of our relationship as therapist and client as well as measuring how we are moving towards personalized goals.

What you can expect from me

My practice focuses on how individuals' personal stories have shaped their lives, their beliefs, and established patterns of behaviors. Clients can expect to better understand the relationship between these facets and learn to make space for the emotions that come along with their lived experiences. Clients can also expect to build mastery of distinct therapeutic skills to put into action in their daily lives to ease suffering.
