Great to meet you!

As a Clinical Social Worker, I approach every client's wellness with all aspects of living in mind. I will never be deficit or disorder focused; let's zoom in on your strengths! I understand how hard it can be to seek help, and I commend you for being here. I have had the privilege of working with a diverse population, and I specialize in work with healthcare workers, first responders, and others in high stress circumstances.

My approach to therapy

You are your own person. No therapeutic approach works for everyone, every time. We will work together to find what feels right for you. I aim to provide a supportive and comfortable environment so that you can safely challenge yourself to grow in values-oriented ways.

What you can expect from me

In our first session I will balance assessment with rapport building. I want to know about you and your hopes for therapy! We will explore in a friendly and collaborative way. Within the first few sessions, I like to clarify values, set goals, and build confidence and rapport.
