Great to meet you!

I’m a direct, grounded therapist who values honesty, curiosity, and real-world change. I care about helping people understand why they get stuck in certain patterns — but I’m equally focused on helping them build tools that actually work outside the therapy room.

Clients often appreciate that sessions feel both emotionally safe and straightforward. We can slow things down when something feels heavy, and we can also get practical and strategic when it’s time to make changes. I’m not a passive listener — I ask thoughtful questions, offer feedback, and stay engaged in the process with you.

I especially enjoy working with people who are motivated, reflective, and willing to take responsibility for their growth — even when it’s uncomfortable. You don’t need to have perfect insight or know exactly what to work on. If you’re willing to show up honestly and stay curious about yourself, we can make meaningful progress together.

Above all, I aim to create a space that feels human, respectful, and collaborative.

My approach to therapy

My approach is attachment-based, relational, and practical, integrating Internal Family Systems (parts work), nervous system regulation, and emotion-focused therapy. Rather than only managing symptoms, we work to understand the underlying patterns driving reactions, avoidance, or disconnection so growth becomes more sustainable and less exhausting over time.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting grounded, understanding what brings you in, and beginning to clarify what you’d like to change. We’ll talk about what’s been feeling difficult, what you’ve already tried, and what you hope therapy can support — at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

I’ll ask questions to understand your history, current stressors, relationships, and what tends to trigger or stabilize you emotionally. You don’t need to have the perfect words or a clear plan — part of the work is figuring that out together.

You can also expect the session to feel conversational and collaborative rather than clinical or scripted. I’ll share initial observations when helpful, explain how I work, and make sure we’re aligned on goals and next steps!
