Anxiety, Depression, Family Issues, and Trauma

Great to meet you!

I have training and experience working with children, teens, and adults to process a variety of areas such as trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, attachment complications with caregivers, LGBTQ+ related struggles, managing anger, addiction, and more.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am an integrative practitioner specializing in play therapy techniques, sand tray techniques, and expressive arts interventions. I also know that for some feelings can seem daunting or overwhelming and I utilize cognitive modalities or traditional "talk therapy" as well. My priority is meeting people where they are and my passion is to connect with those who are stuck or struggling and to chart new ways of being.

What you can expect from our first session

In my work with individuals, kids, and families we imagine how life can be different and collaboratively explore how to move forward. I believe in the power of encouragement and the importance of truth. Wherever you find yourself or your loved ones, know that help is out there. Feel free to reach out for support.
