Great to meet you!
Change doesn't happen by talking about problems alone—it happens by understanding what's keeping you stuck and being willing to do the work to move forward. My approach is direct, collaborative, and focused on helping you build practical skills that create lasting change.
I earned my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College and have experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families in both outpatient and substance use treatment settings. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, substance use, relationship concerns, and mood disorders using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.
Before becoming a therapist, I served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, where I learned the value of resilience, accountability, and leading through adversity. I bring those same principles into the therapy room. I'll challenge unhelpful patterns, encourage honest conversations, and work alongside you to develop the tools and perspective needed to reach your goals. If you're ready to put in the work, I'm committed to helping you get there.
