Great to meet you!

I am a New York State licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 30 years of experience. I believe that you are the expert on your own life. Past and current stressors can feel overwhelming at times and may take us off our intended path.

It is a strength to ask for help. As a Clinical Psychologist, it is my role to create a safe space so we can work collaboratively to empower you to heal, reclaim your joy, build a brighter future, and Reach Your Potential.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is strength-based, insight-oriented therapy. I help you reclaim a healthier emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being by providing my clients with tools to help them thrive, utilizing mind-body awareness techniques and cognitive behavioral approaches.

I work with a wide variety of individuals who are grappling with relationship issues and psychological conditions such as complex trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief, and loss.

What you can expect from our first session

I see my role as guiding the process as a conduit for transformation and positive change, while your commitment to practice empowers you to realize your full potential. I provide my clients with tools to help them thrive, utilizing mind-body awareness techniques as well as cognitive behavioral approaches.
