Great to meet you!

I have a PhD in Psychology-Clinical, and am licensed in California to practice for over 30 years. I have an extensive background and experience working with individuals, couples and family members, ages 14 and up. During my years in practice, I have worked with clients with anxiety and depression, trauma, stress, physical health and illness issues.

My approach to therapy

I have been trained in a variety of evidence-based approaches in therapy. Since every individual is unique, I use my knowledge and experience to determine and use the skills and techniques best suited for the client and their circumstances in life.

What you can expect from me

Clients leave the session with homework, which may include new ways to think about or approach their life circumstances, as well as practicing skills that I teach during the session.
