Great to meet you!

Men and adolescent males are a specialized focus of Gary’s counseling work, however; Gary has experience with people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and belief systems.

My approach to therapy

Gary is convinced that effective psychotherapy includes building rapport, trust, and achieving awareness through a collaborative process where patient and therapist work together to achieve stated goals. It includes evidence-based methods, learning about the issue or disorder, applying solutions and developing skills and strategies to manage difficulties.

What you can expect from me

It is Gary’s desire to help individuals connect and feel more confident and balanced with themselves, by connecting with their faith and aligning with their values to be the best version of themselves.
