Great to meet you!

I am solutions focused. I try and uncover the real issue sooner than most counselors. I teach psychopharmacology at a major university, and I can be an asset when it comes to medication. I also teach sports performance at another university and have mentored and coached other counselors for over ten years.

My approach to therapy

I seek the root of the discomfort and work with patients with cognitive therapy and motivational methods to help people live better. I am solutions-focused and will strive to help you change for the better.
