Great to meet you!

Let's face it: We can all somehow relate to the endless, negative thought loops and behaviors that keep us down. I work with adults and adolescents struggling with this in their daily lives, as well as those with mood or anxiety-related symptoms/disorders, and those facing unique struggles within the LGBTQ+ community. I work through a transparent, empathic, and solution-focused lens and strive to engage my clients' minds towards healthy recentering and progress. I believe that consistently doing so in an authentic way will allow you to feel lighter and more at ease with yourself, your thoughts, your life.

My approach to therapy

Treatment sessions are uniquely tailored to your clinical profile and treatment goals. Together, we work to identify and address the presenting issues and collaborate to create a treatment plan that gradually helps maintain steady improvement.

What you can expect from me

I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore and ultimately make better sense of your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Feel free to contact me directly to begin your therapy journey. I look forward to connecting with you soon!
