Great to meet you!

Greetings! Although born and raised in Mansfield, Ohio I have a diverse background with a wide range of experiences. Due to a sports injury my senior year of high school, I have severely limited vision so I understand what it means to live with physical limitations. I have worked with people with disabilities, lived on the east and west coasts as well as Mexico for 5 years. Although I have deep roots in the Christian church I have experienced trauma through a para-church organization, which led to my own journey of counseling and have become better for it. I have completed many marathons so I know what it means to persevere and work hard even when you want to quit.

My approach to therapy

My varied life experiences have shaped my empathetic approach to helping others. I believe in people, that we can change, that we can be better today than we were yesterday and be better tomorrow than we were today. Whether it's work, school or home, I can help you clarify your goals so that you can be just a little better.
