Great to meet you!

When was the last time you truly felt like yourself? Has it been weeks, months, or even years? If you are navigating major life transitions, relationship challenges, unresolved conflicts within your family dynamics, or anything that holds you back from a sense of freedom, I offer unique path to moving forward. I am a trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist and I'm here to support you on your journey back to the "Self" - That calm, clear, confident center that’s always been there. Hope isn’t just possible, it’s waiting. Let’s begin your journey back to wholeness.

My approach to therapy

Healing happens at your own speed and I’m here to support you through it all as a trained trauma-informed IFS therapist. My role is to guide, listen, and adapt to what you need as we go. Everything we do will be built on mutual trust and consent, and I’ll use additional research-backed methods as needed to make our work together as effective as possible.

What you can expect from me

I believe healing is possible for everyone. With care and the right kind of support, you can reconnect with your strength and sense of peace. If you’re curious about working together, I’d be happy to set up a free 15min phone consultation. You can call, email, or set up an initial appointment directly from my website.
