Great to meet you!

I view therapy as a collaborative partnership between the therapist and the client. I believe it serves as a pathway to discovering one's internal wisdom and resources to find personal answers. As a PA licensed psychologist, I adhere to the ethical practices to support the well-being of my clients.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is based on the concept that one's body holds the truth from which one can seek and understand their capabilities and resources. My therapy is focused in accessing one's connection with one's body and one's psyche towards greater integration and awareness.

What you can expect from me

Clients can take away from session tools to tap into their strengths and resources. I view therapy sessions as both informative and educational, with the goal of helping clients become more capable of understanding and recognizing what is true and authentic for them. This helps with making informed choices that are in alignment with one's inner self.
