Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward, you’re not alone. I’ve spent over 16 years helping people work through anxiety, depression, addiction, and major life changes, and I focus on helping you understand what’s keeping you stuck and how to start making changes.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, and I also hold certification in alcohol and drug counseling. In our work, we focus on understanding the patterns shaping your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while building tools you can use in your everyday life. The goal is not just insight, but helping you feel more confident, clear, and able to move forward in a meaningful way.

My approach to therapy

I offer a thoughtful, supportive space where you can speak openly and explore difficult experiences at your own pace. We’ll slow things down and take a closer look at what’s happening in the moment—how you’re thinking, what you’re feeling, and how it shows up in your body.

As we work together, we’ll begin to notice patterns in how you respond to stress, relationships, and challenges. From there, we’ll practice new ways of responding so you can handle situations with more awareness, intention, and flexibility.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll start by talking about what’s bringing you in and what you’d like to see change. We’ll also look at what you’ve already tried and what has or hasn’t helped—at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

I’ll ask some questions to better understand your situation, and we’ll begin to get a clearer picture of what’s going on and where to focus. You don’t need to have everything figured out ahead of time—just showing up is enough.

By the end of the session, most clients feel a bit of relief, along with more clarity about what’s happening and a better sense of what the next steps might look like.
