Great to meet you!

My educational background is in both Clinical and Community Psychology. I conceptualize and intervene with clients with an understanding of individual and environmental contributing factors. Additionally, I have significant experiences working with people across the life span and in various settings. I bring this rich experience to my work with clients.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in empathy, sincerity, and the importance of genuine relationship. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families to develop and achieve goals that improve their quality of life. Let's start a conversation.

What you can expect from me

Navigating the changes associated with life can be difficult. We make choices that can place us in positions for success, or that can lead us into places where our ability to cope can be compromised. Even still, we may not know the causes of our challenges or what steps to take to better manage them. My work with clients is supportive, goal oriented, and rooted in proven methods. I help clients to feel better, to understand better, and to perform better.
